Gabriela Campos is a Santa Fe–born photojournalist whose work explores culture, community, and tradition through visual storytelling across the American Southwest. Based in Albuquerque, she is a staff photojournalist with The Santa Fe New Mexican, where she documents daily life across the region while also pursuing long-form narrative projects.

Her work has appeared in national and international publications including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Guardian, High Country News, Al Jazeera, VICE, and The Daily Beast, as well as numerous regional outlets.

Campos’ photographs are held in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian National Museum of American History, the New Mexico History Museum, and the Spencer Museum of Art. Her work is currently on view at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History as part of the exhibition Corazón y vida: Lowriding Culture.

A selection of Campos’ prints is available through the Monroe Gallery in Santa Fe. She is available for assignments nationwide.
